* Let Tanner and Carly be scared/possessed while canoodling.
* Don't say people are running scared when they're already at their scare place.
* Now you really can't clean the beach.
* Add eyeball monster to rising
* Embellish Irenes trailer.
* Reactions from people who see another person get scared.
* Reactions when people are around to watch you rise.

POSSIBLE FUTURE:
* better description of rising.
* replace NPC names with descriptions until demon hears them in the dialog. (How does this apply to links?)
* Fix lowercase names in the locations list, since they're now being used for reactions.
